Conveyor Idlers Installation Method & Information

Pitch or spacing of carrying idler sets of minimum 1meter, in general be done for high efficiency of belt conveying system
Spillage of material at loading area be cleaned periodically to protect idler shell, belt cover damages & high power consumption.
Collision or impingement in tail-pulley & take-up area must be taken care of to avoid damages.
Feeding Point must have 4-5 sets of rubber lagged Impact idlers at 500-750mm distance to protect high value Belting early damage.
Material of construction used are proven Housing of CRCA Steel, Shell of MS pipe as per IS9295, Shaft of EN8, Sealing of double labyrinth dust & waterproof, Bearings of reputed seize resistant.
* Size Variation as per mfg dimensional tolerances should be acceptable

आइडलर लगाने का तरीका व जानकारी

पिच अथवा ढाल कैरईंग आइडलरों के बीच में दूरी रखने का फासला कम से कम 1 मीटर रखिए जिससे बेल्ट् कॅन्वेयर से अधिक कार्य क्षमता मिले ।
छलकी हुई सामग्री लोडिंग स्थान से समय-समय पर साफ करते रहिए अन्यथा आइडलर का ढॉचा एवं बेल्ट का रबर कवर खराब हो जाएंगें तथा बिजली की खपत बढ़ जाएगी ।
टकराव टेल् पुल्ली व टेक-अप क्षेत्र का ख्याल रखा जाए जिससे नुकसान न पहुँचे ।
फीडिंग स्थान पर 4-5 सेट् रबर लैग् इम्पैक्ट् आइडलर 500 से 750 एमएम दूरी पर अवश्य लगाईए जिससे कीमती बैल्टिंग को क्षति न पहुँच पाए ।
